Clients are seen on a weekly or twice-weekly basis and have a variety of daytime appointments available for scheduling, Tuesdays through Fridays. ?Sessions are usually 50 minutes, although you may request a longer appointment time, if desired.
Fees are $150.00 per session. Payment is due at each session. I am not able to submit insurance claims on your behalf, although I am happy to offer you receipts for reimbursement by your insurance company, if applicable. Many insurance companies will reimburse at least a portion of costs for mental health counseling with a licensed therapist (I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington: #LH00008920). If you choose to use health insurance, you will be responsible for any applicable deductibles, co-pays, and other associated costs. Please check with your provider to find out what benefits are available for outpatient mental health counseling.
While understanding that therapy is a significant financial expenditure, I believe you will find this to be a worthwhile investment, knowing that the outcome is nothing less than your personal health and happiness, the wellbeing of your relationships, and the subsequent contribution that you will bring to the world.
